My name is Lorna Ford Richards and I am the Inclusion Manager at Thomas Willingale School and Nursery. I am also the Staff Representative on the Governing Body.
I very much enjoy my role and I am proud to work at our school. I have been working at Thomas Willingale School and Nursery since September 2012 and I have been a member of the Governing Body since 2012. Prior to joining our school I was a Staff Representative on the Governing Body at my previous school.
My role enables me to regularly report important updates on Special Educational Needs and the Pupil Premium to the Governors.
I enjoy being a Staff Governor at our school as I believe that it is important to have strong communication between School Staff and the Governors who support us.
This role also gives me the opportunity to further contribute to our wonderful school community.
