• If your child is not offered a place at our school, due to the requested year group being full, we will keep your child on our waiting list and let you know as soon as a place becomes available.   

• You have the right to appeal to an independent appeal panel for a place at any school for which you have applied and have been refused a place. Please visit www.essex.gov.uk/topic/admissions and follow the link ‘After your school offer’ for more information about this.  

  Appeals should be lodged within 20 school days of the refusal letter. 

• You can appeal on line - School Appeals - Essex County Council

• You will receive an email with the appeal hearing date within 30 school days for mid-year appeals and 40 school days for normal admission round appeals.
