Geography vision and intent at TWS
At TWS our intention is to develop children’s curiosity and fascination of the world around them. We aim to inspire the next generation of geographers to explore and appreciate the world, its people and remarkable places. Our children will leave TWS with a secure understanding of their local area, the UK and beyond. We provide a range of opportunities to investigate places around the world as well as physical and human features. Geographical vocabulary, map reading skills, field work and investigating places and patterns are at the heart of our curriculum. Our children are challenged and motivated to become life-long geographers.
