Science vision and intent at TWS
At Thomas Willingale Primary School and Nursery, our vision is to enthuse and inspire children to develop a love for a science. We aim to provide a curriculum that stimulates curiosity and enables all children to confidently explore and discover the world around them. We believe in the promotion and development of transferrable skills such as observation, communication, and collaboration to evolve the whole child as a lifelong learner. Our objective is to provide engaging lessons which build on prior knowledge, encourage deeper understanding and scientific thinking that is underpinned by scientific language.
